Managing special projects such as the SCM Build and Knowledge transfer of the OCS Collaboration project, as well as planning for the implementation of the Installation Process in the Asia Region. Managed 6 sub processes in the SCM Make process, including Assembly, Test & Calibration, Prep for Shipping, Defining Head, RF, as well as the manufacturing process of Linear Accelerator, with a total number of 3 managers and 80 employees.
