Selected for this key role to build and lead a centralized HR team in preparation for the Lumentum spin-off. Led and mentored a diverse HR team of over 30 managers, employees and contractors to execute on programs based on the needs of the business in the following areas: Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, HRIS, and HR Operations.

Provided HR guidance, coaching, and new perspectives toward business decisions to Shared Services leaders as well as implemented corporate policies, practices, and programs for the Shared Services functions (IT, Finance, Workplace Solutions, HR, Legal, Marketing/MarComm, and Customer Service).

Schlumberger T&T spun out NPTest in 2002. NPTest was subsequently acquired by Credence Systems in 2004.HRBP Director, Credence Systems Corp 2004 -2007Guided employees and managers from NPTest and Credence through the M&A change management process by taking on the lead HRBP role with the acquiring company.
