Currently, Lien is responsible for the planning at MCC Verstraete.Lien has been working as a responsible for continuous improvement at Verstraete IML. She is leading projects in different departments to improve efficiencies.Previously, she worked as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Belgium, serving the Supply Chain Strategy and Operations service line. During this period, she gathered experience in several industries(chemical, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industry). She was part of big redesign projects that were a well including the implementation of a tool. These project required skills as being analytical, organized, goal oriented and managing the used software tools. Her main knowledge domains are Raw Material Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP and related business processes. She is as well knowledgeable about Purchasing processes. She ownes the SAP Materials Management certificate and as well the APICS Basics of Supply Chain management and modules Master Planning of Resources and Detailed Scheduling.
