I obtained my master in applied economics at University Gent, but I was always fascinated by people alongside figures. Therefore I started my career in recruitment in 2004. After a brief experience in direct search, I joined Robert Half as a consultant in both interim and permanent recruitment. In November 2008 I took on the challenge to reorganize the family business where I still am part of the board of directors until now.In September 2015 I followed back my roots in recruitment and started as independent business development manager at BDO Interim Management. My recruitment skills as well as my strong commercial drive contributed to the growth of this profitable business line. In 2016 I joined the Altior team as Associate Partner.In april 2018 I took over the family business. Benoit Security in Waregem and Desmidt Security in Knokke-Heist.We are a professional installer of intrusion detection, fire detection CCTV & access control systems.
