Selection of client projects: Liander, project ‘Combi Amsterdam’ (8 months)Goal of the current phase of the project was to prepare for the European tender and set-up and operationalise the organization to combine infrastructural projects for several parties. Liesbeth is mainly responsible for project management activities, acting as a point of contact for all parties combined, and steering the workgroup responsible for designing and operationalising the new Combi organisation. She manages a difficult stakeholder field including several infrastructural companies and the Amsterdam municipality.PostNL, E-Commerce Services, optimizing end-to-end order-to-cash processes (5 months)Liesbeth was responsible for analysing the as-is process, implementing quick-wins like setting up and implementing a ‘daily stand up meeting’ to monitor and steer the status of the billing process, and tactical solutions and making long-term recommendations to quantitatively and qualitatively improve the end-to-end process. Through interactive workshops employees were actively engaged and involved in analysing the as-is process, co-designing, prioritising and realising process improvements.

Selection of client projects: GeldService Nederland, programme Cash Logistics, 1 year 2 monthsGoal of the programme was to integrate the cash logistics organisation of ING, ABN AMRO and Rabobank into the new organisation GSN.As a Streamlead/Business Analyst ABN AMRO processes Liesbeth was responsible for an effective business integration of ABN AMRO requirements in the GSN processing: managing a timely implementation within the boundaries set for GSN standardization. This entailed a.o. leading client’s Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to deliver analysis and process descriptions.Yorkshire Building Society (YBS), Leeds, UK, Change Management project, 4 monthsThe change management project implemented the change management roles, tools, approach and provided suitable training to YBS staff. Liesbeth defined and developed a Business change methodology toolset. Next, she developed training material and multiple trainings to prepare end users. Next, she performed a change maturity assessment to assess the change capability and readiness of YBS. ABN AMRO Financial Markets, Equity Derivatives and -Brokerage project, 11 monthsWithin the Equity Derivatives and -Brokerage domain several changes were being implemented (system integration, new trading- and clearing- and settlement system, process optimisation). Liesbeth was business analyst/Process manager operational readiness and was responsible for analysing and implementing the required changes. This entailed, a.o., delivering to-be process descriptions and release notes describing the business changes. Next, she was responsible for training, UATs, incident management during go-live & aftercare, and handing over to Business As Usual afterwards. She was the contact point for the international offices. She also acted as migration manager for the Private Investor Products desk.
