- Maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System under national and international standards and laws: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 14298, ISO 27001, ENS, EIDAS, CEA 3.0-07 of ONAC, EC - ER - TSA - SVA/SID - SW Guides of INDECOPI and Criminal Compliance for the Signe Group companies (Signe, Signeblock, Thomas Signe Colombia, Thomas Signe Peru and Thomas Signe Chile).- Coordinate and participate in the internal and external audits required by the different certification and accreditation bodies in the different countries where the Signe Group companies operate (Spain, Peru, Colombia and Chile) to obtain the necessary recognitions and accreditations for the marketing of the organisation's services.- Coordinate and prepare management reviews and periodic management system committees. - Define and monitor the objectives of the management system.- Define and monitor internal performance indicators and analyse trends.- Manage complaints and non-conformities.- Develop and monitor corrective action plans. Perform root cause analysis.- Review and update management system policies, manuals and procedures.- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures and maintenance of management system records.- Develop and maintain risk analysis.- Collect and analyse supplier evaluations.- Develop and analyse the results of customer satisfaction surveys.- Participate in adapting the management system to regulatory and legislative changes.- To train and raise staff awareness of the policies and procedures of the management system.- Application, review and management of the acceptance of certification and accreditation offers from the different local bodies.- Customer orientation, communication, teamwork, planning, organisation and prioritisation, commitment, time management, problem solving and the pursuit of excellence have been fundamental to the development of these responsibilities.
