As Senior Account Manager, I get the opportunity to put my clients' training dreams into actionable plans and bring them to life. Fueled by coffee and a passion for service, I love to jump in and support both current and prospective clients in discovering what core beliefs and values are at the root of their training needs, and create custom solutions that invoke that messaging. When not in the office, I can be found at a local coffee shop, or lacing up my running shoes to head out on a training run or to chase my toddler son around.

As one of the lead Creative Designers at Reflection Software, I work directly with our clients to define, create, and execute custom training solutions. I work closely with clients to identify goals and training opportunities, and then assist in managing our Development and Quality Assurance teams to deliver products that exceed expectations.Outside of managing client projects, I provide support as an Instructional Designer to our Development Team, utilizing my expertise in design and adult learning theories to write eLearning courses. I also work closely with Sales and Marketing to maintain and update our marketing content, as well as facilitate conversations with potential clients.

Coordinate and manage volunteer teams of diverse individuals for personal growth and leadership seminars; work closely with other coordinating team members and office staff to create a positive staffing experience

Assist in writing and designing Sunday School curriculum for preschool ages. Working as a member of the CompassKids team, I create interactive and meaningful lesson plans that support the mission, vision and values of the Compass Church.
