My responsibilities include:Cooperation between the European Proposal Centres, Managing large proposals a.o. to European CommissionDevelopment of a SharePoint Presales knowledge base information sharing and procedures:- Define procedures- Collect and share best practices- Development of MS Word template for efficient application of corporate brand to proposals and documents. Implementation, training, coaching.- Share workload over teams (peak workload moments: share over SharePoint teamrooms)- Lessons learned- Managing Re-usable information- European Public Procurement Directives and Exclusion Criteria in the different Eu Countries- Resourceful teamplayer in permanent and ad hoc teams- Experienced in working in team and coordinating the workload through high and low activity periods, takes proactive initiatives- Building follow-up tools for the team and give full report on results, quality, requirements etc. to the higher level- Good at organisation and continuous improvement (best practices implementation): PDCA- Creative, efficient and flexible- Experienced in European (and Belgian) Public Procurement directives for qualification of proposals- Takes ownership and is accountable- Good communication and cooperation skills, adapted to the diversity of teams and tools- Proficient Sharepoint user: building of site, libraries and other tools for cooperation- Strong practical knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office tools

- Belgian Proposal Centre (methods, objectives, , …): preparation of proposals, replies to requests for information, official company documents.- Training and coaching the proposal coordinators team- Proposal preparation methodology (Capture, planning, format, versioning, files exchange, archive, production, covers, ...)- European Public Procurement Directives and Exclusion Criteria, Belgium and Europe.- Developing system for operational support and improving reporting and visibility (Sharepoint, Siebel, Office tools).- Lotus Notes applications to support the team.- Access/SQL application to follow-up.- Designing and updating the Proposal Centre intranet site.- Keeping equipment and infrastructure up to date for more efficient result.- Cooperation with other Unisys employees and teams

- Sales support and management of the installation of large COLD technology installation to the largest Finance client of Unisys Belgium.- Management of the first roll outs of this COLD technology with different clients

- Sales supporting presentations and demonstrations in Dutch, French, English- In depth knowledge of multi-user multi-tasking operating system, network software in a multi-tasking environment and of word processor and spreadsheet- Assistance to proposals
