Impacting both Top Line Growth by applying external trends/changes to create and execute innovative ideas, and Bottom Line Growth through Value Engineering.• Achievements:- Successful consumer research/testing/development/manufacturing/RTM of a bespoke beer dispensing tower for Corona, quadrupling sales of Corona beer.- Development/production/RTM of a low-cost (- 50% compared to competition) but extremely strong & durable keg coupler made of engineering plastics (Liquid Crystal Polymer), produced in APAC.- Developed and successfully piloted a 'Connected Precision Blending Tower', allowing flavours to be added to a base. • As a Product Innovation Consultant, I was seconded to AB Inbev (Global Draft & Dispense team - Global Headquarters Leuven) to supervise the development of a beer dispensing appliance. I did project management - stakeholder management, from concept, engineering, production to successful market introduction, delivery within budget, on time and with the right quality. For a second version I achieved a cost reduction of 25%.
