As an Airbnb host, I liaise with potential guests, do their bookings, organise cleaning/prepping of property. Check guests in and out. I have been fortunate to manage a property for a German client who stays abroad and only visits a few weeks per year. Overseeing the cleaning lady and gardner. Liaise with security company in the event of alarm activations. Oversee property on a weekly basis. Collecting post and sending through to client. Working together with client's accountant. In charge of all necessities needed for the house/gardner or cleaning lady. Oversee that all is in order (including buying groceries) for when client visits his home.
