Duties and Responsibilities:Curriculum governance, implementation, support and delivery (standardization of curriculum across all campuses), Staff Development and training (across all campuses), New schools support and startup across the region, Day-to-day support of schools across the region in conjunction with Castle Heads, Monitoring the standards of all schools within the region by means of inspections, Registration of ECD Centers across the region with relevant entities (in accordance with National norms and standards), Development of a standardized report in accordance to DSD and National Curriculum Framework of South Africa. Nationwide training on using standardized document and support, Development of documents to simplify the day to day running of preschools.
