This includes developing the strategy and methodology used, tracking tools and project implementation program-wide, while influencing the execution on a regional and local level.New Acute Hospital (Hong Kong) Arup provides PM services for the new 5MSF, 5-bldg medical campus for the Hospital Authority. I facilitated focused transition planning workshops and discussions with key internal / external leaders to understand the complex drivers and required services for consideration for efficient transition to operations.FermiLab LBNF (US)Arup supports the design, construction, and installation of the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory’s Long-Baseline Neutrino Facility (LBNF). NYC DDC Design Build Program, Deputy Program ManagerNYC Department of Design and Construction (DDC) appointed Arup to provide Owners Representation for its first Design Build pilot program to deliver a +$530M capital public buildings portfolio representing a number of different sponsor agencies. I helped lead the management and development of strategic pre-and post-award initiatives, standards, and processes on both a program-wide and project-level to ensure high-quality projects with reduced risk, and under an accelerated project delivery process.NYC DDC Shirley Chisholm Recreation Center, Senior Project ManagerI supported NYC DDC Design Build team in the pre-award and selection process for the Shirley Chisholm Recreation Center, a new $141M NYC Parks recreation center in East Flatbush and part of the DDC design-build program. Efforts include the development of a standardized approach for procurement, engagement, and competitive bidding to ensure successful project delivery on a program level.

With an interdepartmental core team of project managers, I pioneered an innovative role to create, coordinate and realize the transition plan to strategically phase the readiness and occupancy of the David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care, a 750,000 SF state-of-the-art inpatient and outpatient facility in Manhattan. This includes anticipating and managing scope, schedule and budget impacts to mitigate risk on project activities, while promoting collaboration across stakeholders to develop innovative strategies for successful Go Live's.

Having worked on MSK’s Capital Program since 2011, I managed signature capital projects, ranging from 45,000 – 90,000SF with $30M-140M budgets, across the project spectrum, while working with key stakeholders to ensure project goals met. I also initiated and developed standards and templates to build up departmental processes for managing large scale projects in-house. Projects include the 60th St. Outpatient Center, MSK Basking Ridge and the MSK Clinical Laboratory Medicine building.

I (continued to) manage services for a new 36,000 SF, $21M East Harlem health center, while supporting project management team efforts to develop and initiate the MSK Capital Program masterplan.

As an Owner’s Representative, I collaborated with key stakeholders to develop space programs, feasibility studies, design and real estate strategies to strengthen the relationships across the organization, its mission, its environment and the people it serves. Projects include the award-winning NY400 New Amsterdam Plein & Pavilion, which required coordination among public and private partnerships and a multi-layered international project team.

Designed and managed commercial and residential architectural projects from schematic design through to construction administration. Created real estate development design proposals and 3D models, for various New York and Netherlands projects.

While designing and managing commercial and residential architectural projects, designed custom Low-E glass furniture in collaboration with a local manufacturer for a residence, which debuted for production at ICFF, May 2004.

As a designer, I worked with various high-end furniture systems (commercial office systems, residential closets, shelving, kitchens) from concept to installation.

I worked on healthcare and institutional projects, including masterplans, space programming, and new construction, while also developing and creating the firm’s first website.
