In my roles as a Grief Recovery Method Specialist and Workplace Grief Coach, my mission is to help anyone struggling with grief, identity, and belonging after experiencing change, loss and transition of any kind to turn their pain into power, personally and professionally.I equip parents, teachers, and caregivers to help children MANAGE their emotional energy around any type of loss. I also EMPOWER introverted Generation X women to STOP ignoring their triggers from childhood so they can HEAL and stop hurting without judgment. I also DESIGN compassionate and grief-informed workplace cultures so organizations can retain and maintain their greatest asset -- employees.
