I work with groups and individuals to explore and expand their horizons, remove blocks in their professional and personal lives, using an eclectic mix of technologies and modalitites ranging from behaviorial modification, hypnotherapy, Time/Line Therapy, NLP, Subliminal, Zpoint and EFT change technologies, visualisation and relaxation techniqhues.

Founded this company with three other partners to develop and manage hotels in China. We eventually sold to the Accor Group after developing and managing 12 hotels in major cities throuhgout the PRC.

I facilitated groups and individuals to realize their highest potential and to assist them in actualizing their life’s goals and visions. During this time I worked with many multi-national corporations as consultant to their Human Resources departments. At the same time, I also conducted many educational workshops for Dun and Bradstreet’s public Executive Development programs.During this time I did extensive research into the area of Brain/Mind Development and studied with some of the leading researchers in this field including Tom Kenyon, founder of Acoustic Brain Research and Anna Wise of Mind Mirror. I was the first person to bring in to Hong Kong Light/Sound machines for relaxation and subliminal suggestions, as well as the high tech Mind Mirror which measures brainwaves during the relaxation process.

During the 15 years that I worked for Holiday Inns, I saw the chain grow from 1 hotels to 44 hotels. As part of the Executive Committee of five, I was responsible for all marketing and sales activities, human resources strategic planning, including manpower development, organization climate and all aspects of the Human Resources functions at corporate and hotel level .
