• Engineered an order fulfillment solution, replacing the manual multi-step pick/pack/ship process inNetSuite. • Replaced our outdated propriety shopping cart/QuickBooks accounting system with NetSuite,migrating 4 years of customer and transactional data within 6 months• Was the first to create a communication layer between our front-end websites and the SOAPbasedNetSuite SuiteTalk (web services) API using Perl. I made this interface available through theComprehensive Perl Archive Network (CPAN), and it’s still being installed and used by otherNetSuite customers and open source developers today
