Delivered 8 safety calibrations for Ford and Lincoln programs. • Worked with vehicle crash safety teams for optimal airbag protection strategies. • Analyzed signal load paths and structural stiffness on different locations on vehicle front end and proposed recommendations for mechanical packaging of sensors. • Worked on reducing crash prototypes and achieved a 16% tests reduction and a 10% prototype reduction on three programs. • Designed a new equipment rack for data acquisition. Testers were installed in road abuse test vehicles. Prototypes were first 3D printed on the FDM Stratasys systems in the lab before production. The new design reduced equipment swap times by 4 hours.
