I have been involved with most aspects of health, wellness and first aid including setting up, running gyms and class programming. Class / group instruction, one to one training and teaching courses such as weight managment, functional training. Teaching and assessing personal trainers, NVQ and Hse approved first aid courses. I work with and am trained by Nuco the UK FA training leader. I currently own Life Performance Training.Life Performance can offer all your wellness needs at our training studio or your home, supplying you with one to one training, weight managment courses or lifestyle change.We also offer a wide range of first aid courses that will supply you with your first aid training requirements. All courses can be taught at your premises or in our training rooms spread across the South East, including Surrey, Kent and SussexWe are approved HSE approved first aid at work trainers and assessors. Our courses are comprehensive and cover a wide range of First Aid emergencies, enabling all participants to deal with an emergency situation with confidence in a prompt, safe and effective way. Life Performance courses will give the participants a qualification to the highest level of First Aid, meeting the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981
