About Myrna Sauza

For the past seventeen plus years, I have been working part-time as a Natural Health Consultant using different modalities, like Spiritual Psychotherapy and Nutrition, as well as Massage Therapy, and as a Life, Wellness, and Integrative Coach. I am experienced in the Core Energetics model and have also used cranio-sacral and energy work in my private practice.I am a Certified Life and Wellness Coach with the Life Coach Training Institute in Colorado, U.S.A., as well as a Certified Integrative Coach Professional with Debbie Ford’s Institute for Integrative Coaching at John F. Kennedy University in California. I have gained a Certificate in Family Life Education at Concordia University where I am continuing my education towards a BA in Human Relations.
