With over 10 years of work experience in the field of cell and gene therapy, I have developed core competencies in product launch, strategic thinking, and cross-functional team leadership. My mission is to engage with global leaders working to bring advanced therapies and tissues to the patients who need them. As Director of Business Development, Cell and Gene Therapy at Azenta Life Sciences, I shared my passion and expertise with a diverse and innovative team that is committed to delivering scalable and repeatable solutions for the industry.In my current role, I leverage my vast network of industry thought leaders to lead educational forums where the community can discuss the challenges and opportunities in building and distributing advanced therapies. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Some of my recent achievements include securing a large contracts with a leading biotech companies, launching a new product line for cell and gene therapy storage and transport, and holding industry leadership positions in the ARMI Leadership Advisory Council and the ISCT Cold Chain Working Group.
