As the Event Director at Aussie Peace Walk, I lead a team of volunteers to organize and execute an annual two-day event that promotes peace, wellness, and community connection among diverse participants. I am responsible for corporate and government liaison, compliance, marketing, and fundraising, as well as ensuring the event meets its objectives and aligns with its mission. I have been volunteering in this role since 2020, and I am proud to say that all proceeds go to community health projects, such as reducing child mortality in the Pacific Islands and supporting various charitable organizations.With over 14 years of experience as a leadership performance coach and mentor, I have helped clients to identify and master their personal and professional goals, transforming the people and organizations they work with. I have also applied my skills and expertise as a communications consultant, graphic designer, copywriter, and creative director to various projects, including writing two books on Australian history and culture.
