The Philippine Comprehensive Plan is a part of an globally expanding movement of the Bible Translation Collaborative Efforts that aim to complete the translation of the Holy Bible into all mother tongue languages worldwide by the year 2025 with the view of engaging every language based community with the use of the Scriptures in their heart language, thus experiencing transformation individually and collectively.

Finished his MDiv at ATS April 1993
