I am Head of UX | Service designer with 13+ years of experience in UX / Digital service design & development and background in Communications.I strongly believe in co-creation and participatory design in innovation, way to create loved products and services and reach business results.Recently exploring coaching approach to help to advance skills and carriers of my team-members, co-workers through servant leadership, as well as helping women to enter IT world as a mentor and Tech-track Lead in Riga Tech Girls mentorship program.I'm actively involved in UX/Service design community and scene development in Baltics as a founder&curator of UX Riga conference, UI/UX Riga meet-up co-organiser, Global Service Jam Riga organiser, teaching in Art Academy Latvia, Vidzeme University, Service Design summer school, and trainings, workshops and mentoring activities in UX & Service design.Started my UX carrier as a UX Researcher and UX Architect, I am experienced designing web and mobile applications for SaaS, FinTech (insurance & banking & fin-tech startups), telco as well as for government institutions. Experienced working in intercultural and international teams and projects both in-house and on the agency side.
