-Responsible for management, development, oversight, and staffing of mechanical and electric engineering team as well as scheduling of all engineering efforts；-Consulting Presales: Suggestions for the technical design based on the real requirements, provide the solution for checking;-Work with suppliers and cross-functional development team to reduce time to market, product cost, and procurement lead-time while meeting design objectives.-CAD Drawing and the 3D modeling: Review 2D drawing, finish the 3D drawing for checking before production;-Quality Control: Providing technical & commercial leadership to develop projects, processes, products and facilities, instructing the inspection work, finally accepting the project;-Problem-solving: communicate with the factory and the clients, provide the problem-solving solution if any problem happens
