- Member of the start-up team in Romania, responsible for implementation of the processes and procedures used in the country of origin, regarding risk activities (financial and operational) - Cooperating with the local lawyer (for all legal issues related to creation of contracts, cooperation agreements with third parties, etc) and IT department from HQ (for reporting requirements)- Defining and implementing credit risk and unpaid policies for local market- Risk assessment and approval of credit limits according to local competencies - Portfolio management - exposures evolution, securities - Coordinating collection activities in house and with third parties (lawyers, banks, recovery companies)- Reporting activities for local Sales management and headquarter (unpaid monitoring, sales performance etc)- Responsible with financial issues for local office (payments to suppliers, cash management, contact person for banks and external accounting company).

- Credit approval competences for exposures under EUR 200,000: preparing credit files and proposing additional guaranties and/or another transaction structure, according to the client financial position- Preparing files over EUR 400,000 in order to be submitted to Credit Committee- Suppliers approval and risk opinion for renting agreements - Authorizing leasing transactions: ensuring that all previous approvals are in accordance with internal procedures and competencies regarding pricing and financial conditions (lease terms, residual value, interest rate)- Cooperating with BRD in order to evaluate common clients (consolidated exposure, financial performance and historical relationship with the clients)- Involved in reporting activities for management, BRD, audit missions- Involved in fraud prevention, anti-money laundering and know-your-customer activities- Involved in updating internal procedures regarding the risk activities in department and work-flow in the company

- Administering the credit facilities depending on the cash necessities - Analyzing funding costs, preparing cash flow forecast; cash management- Monitoring the market risks (FX risk and interest rate risk)- Monitoring the leasing portfolio and proposing hedging operations - interest rate swaps- FX operations, payments, disbursements from credit lines- Loan principal reimbursements and interest payments, according to the loan agreements- Monthly reports for financial institutions- Interacting with the National Bank of Romania and other financial institutions on all treasury issues- Elaborating procedures regarding treasury activity, according to company’s development needs
