With focus on high-end residential, spec home and model home interior design, I work with clients on formulating their design vision and then bringing it to life with a comfortable, fully functional and profoundly beautiful home. This includes the design, procurement and management of projects from start to their finish. Through collaboration with a range of contractors and tradesmen, the design objectives are realized making sure that everyone's roles link seamlessly with each other. The process of interior design demands me to work closely with clients on their specific design needs. We first focus on project programming, then space planning, selecting and designing furniture, fixtures and finishes. Most importantly, I make sure that the client is informed and at ease throughout every phase of their project. As a project manager I take on the responsibility for handling the budget, scheduling, tracking costs and expenses. I confirm compliance with the construction documents and perform regular site walk-throughs enforcing strong quality assurance standards. My goal is to ensure a flawless, beautiful finished product and an absolute client satisfaction.
