Hybrid role as engineering specialist and team lead of a 3-5 FTE engineering team.Operate within IQIP's departement HVR Engineering situated in Eindhoven.Dynamic analysis and optimization of structures and machines, focussed on hydraulic- and electric power transmission systems, drive & control systems, and multi-body systems: - Simulation model development with Matlab/Simulink - Measurement preparation and on-site execution - Development of data analysis methods and data analysis automation - Thorough and pragmatic system behavior analysis - Propose and apply innovative and high-value problem solutions and system optimizations - Development lead for new technologies and system componentsCutting-edge modeling approach and model applications: - Apply Reduced order modeling approach based on FEA models - Condition-Based Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance using Digital Twins - Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation for control system testing and operator training

Internship abroad at RMIT University, department of Electrical Engineering.- Development of a fault-tolerant Model Predictive Controller for attitude control of a hexacopter UAV;- Experimental validation of MPC controller.
