Lihay Bendayan, violin Prof. of Violin and chamber music, Head of the Violin Class at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. He previously held the positions of Dean of the Faculty of Performing arts at JAMD and Prof. of Violin at HEMU, site of Sion, in Switzerland. In parallel with his concert activity he is frequently invited to give master-classes at prestigious universities all around Europe and international master-courses including the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki, the Royal Academy of Music KMH in Stockholm, the Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest, the Hamburg and Würzburg Hochschule in Germany, the Faculty of Music at the University of Belgrade, the Cracow Academy of Music, the London Masterclasses series, the Bavarian Academy of Music in Hammelburg, the Musicalta academy in France, Ameropa music festival in Czech-Republic and others. He is also faculty at the EON (EugeneOnMusic) International Music Academy in South Korea and 'Master Teacher' at 'iclassical-Academy' where he presents his innovative course called 'Master Your Violin'.

The Bendayan Trio
The Bendayan piano Trio performs regularly in concert halls and festivals, was broadcasted on the television and radio around Europe and in Israël. The Bendayan Trio, launched by Agneta Lansing Artist Management in 2003 recorded the trios by Mendelssohn, Faure, Shostakovich and Rachmaninoff at "Fattoria Musica" in Germany. The recordings and concerts of the trio have been subject to passionate criticism: “It's standing that the public had thanked the musicians for the gift that he was given and for the symbiosis with the music that it had felt, the virtuosity of the interpretation, and the intensity of the emotion. Nor notes, but a river of feeling which are difficult to express by words” (La Revue Juive). “Played with heart and soul into a trance” (Osnabrücker Neue Zeitung). “Their Shostakovich was so beautiful that tears almost dropped...” (Suddeutche Zeitung). “A public in a trance” (Grafschafter Nachrichten). “This ensemble has the particularity of being composed by three brothers and the osmosis between them gives to their performances a particularly special depth” (Le Nouvelliste).
