Working with project managers, analysis and characterization of the customers’ requirements, working with functional diagrams, understanding the technologies, infrastructures and interfaces of the clients, and working along the developers to fulfill the clients’ requests.

My main objective was to work with the Production Manager, to examine how the production processes in the factory can be improved and optimized. I investigated data to provide a situational picture on which the management can base business decisions, understanding of the big picture and business goals. In this role I learned about the company’s products and each process, how to take standard times of different processes and get conclusions from my observations & calculations.
