Job Description:1. Responsible for organizing, implementing, and leading clinical research projects throughout the entire lifecycle of the company's product line, including AI-based software CT-FFR, CT-FFRplanner, CT-CoronaryAI, and Vascular Interventional Surgical Robot.2. Collaborate with hospitals, universities, and research institutes to collectively develop research plans, write research project proposals, supervise clinical coordinators, research assistants, programmers, and data scientists, and write academic papers, apply for government funding.3. Track, access, and interpret domestic and international cardiovascular-related literature and consensus guidelines, providing cross-departmental academic support to the R&D, and Marketing and Sales, Medical, Quality departments.Work Achievements:1. Successfully performed over 50 clinical studies with cardiologists/radiologists nationwide: Partners include - Zhongshan Hospital, Fuwai Hospital, Beijing Hospital, Guangdong Provincial Hospital, Zhongshan University Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University Affiliated Hospital, etc. Successfully applied for 15 research funding projects and co-published 12 academic papers.2. Successfully applied for 10 different national/local government funding projects worth 20 million RMB in total: Managed the entire application process, including interpretation of government project guidelines, project proposal writing, material preparation, project applications, and defense.3. Built Raysight’s clinical research program from the ground up, including establishing clinical research project management processes, creating a clinical research literature database, and providing regular training and cross-departmental academic support to colleagues at all levels.
