Incredible Health is an online hiring marketplace that matches nurses with permanent jobs at top hospitals. My experience at Incredible Health involves building products from scratch with extremely limited resources. To succeed in a fast-paced early-stage startup, I have developed the ability to wear multiple hats, the mentality to get things done, and the readiness to make tough decisions amidst chaos and uncertainty.I took the idea of an "online community for nurses" from incubation to launch. I lead the data science team responsible for growing LinkedIn in specialized markets, including strategic international markets and key audience groups in the US. • Built a globally distributed team in multiple countries from the ground up. • Identified and created a framework for prioritizing and operationalizing international markets depending on the stage of growth. Over 5 years, the company went from near 0 users and 0 revenue to near full penetration in core user audience and profitability. I led the team and grew it from 1 to 17 data scientists, engineers and business analysts.
