Before I started my own interim management company, I worked in different sales and marketing positions. I hold two Master’s degrees. My first MA degree focused on food technology and my second MBA degree focused on Economics and service design. As my career developed, I built strong links with international customers and teams. Firstly, across the Baltics, followed by Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Mainland China. Working with several projects and people from different culture at the same time gave me strong bases to work as a interim manager. I have learned to see the big picture and to understand how incredibly important every little detail is!
