I currently work as a Senior Legal Counsel at Fondia, the largest non-bar business legal service provider in the Nordic region. With its 130 lawyers, Fondia's mission involves renewing the legal industry to meet the modern customers' needs.My role is a LDaaS Customer Lead (LCL), which means I handle the legal issues of Fondia's LDaaS customers. These are companies that have Fondia take care of their legal functions for them. I manage the legal team and help companies of different sizes with various employment law, compliance and corporate sustainability matters. I also actively and successfully sell Fondia's services to new customers as well as organize training events and seminars for customers.I am also responsible for the Fondia Whistleblowing service, which we offer to our clients as an outsourced turnkey service.I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow as a legal professional and as a person. I am currently studying corporate sustainability, which is becoming increasingly important for all companies as legislation in this area increases and, of course, for the future of humanity as a whole!
