Together with my wife Liis, we created the restaurant Mon Ami in Pärnu. Tasked with stabilizing a 5M EUR business with 60 employees, exporting to 15 European countries. Led efforts to restore confidence and operational efficiency while managing complex challenges, including negotiating with dissatisfied creditors, reassuring anxious employees, navigating trade union concerns, and maintaining relationships with cautious customers and a tense board of directors.Focused on improving both operational and financial performance to position the company for future growth and long-term success.

Led international business development, sales, and marketing for Vienna Life and Quantum Life's unit-linked life insurance platforms across Benelux, France, and other regions. Spearheaded the distribution and promotion of alternative investment funds from Mandare Investment House, including commodities (precious and rare earth metals), alternative energy projects, mining investments, niche real estate, and high-value collectibles such as fine wines, diamonds, art, and luxury watches.

Responsible for Europe-wide delivery of new business, growth, sales, and profitability targets. Led a team in developing and executing an integrated marketing communications plan, including writing and creative services programs, to align communication strategies for three core businesses (net sales of 600 MEUR). Supported employee communications and drove culture and change management initiatives. Managed a budget of over 2 MEUR to reach specifiers such as architects and engineers, as well as end-users like contractors, ready mix & precast companies, and cement manufacturers for the company’s products.

Responsible for driving the growth of Grace's cement additives business into new product and business segments across the EMEA region (net sales of 100 MEUR). Led cross-functional assessment teams (MarTech) in the product development process for the EMEA region's approximately 800 million-ton cement production market. Developed and executed marketing strategies to expand the business and capture new opportunities in the region.

Responsible for enhancing financial performance and creating synergies between acquired businesses. Conducted analysis of the company’s customer segments, products, internal efficiencies, and profitability. Initiated a new strategic direction, shifting the company’s position from a component supplier to a system provider. Managed net sales of 40 MEUR.

Designed and implemented a specialized Project Management training program for key personnel involved in the project management process across 10 Consolis countries, aimed at improving their project management and communication skills. Trained 130 international participants through 21 two-day modules, with each group consisting of 18 to 20 participants.

(Estonian subsidiary of Consolis SAS; net sales 45 MEUR, 600 employees). Led a team of 25 employees across sales and marketing, technical design, and project management. Served as a member of the management team and was responsible for achieving 4 MEUR in profit. Additionally, participated in the Consolis Group’s international "Technology Strategy" cross-functional workgroup, with responsibilities in product development.

Responsible for sales in Estonia and exports to Latvia and Russia. Built and managed a sales and technical design team of 13 employees.
