I worked as the Operations Manager in the E-Commerce-focused company oneten. My role involves ensuring smooth management of day-to-day operations from receiving orders, replenishment of stocks up to handling customer warranty claims, of course with KPIs on the side. Aside from overseeing the operations, I also take lead in conceptualizing process optimization projects and make it work.
