I work closely with the product owners, SMEs and the leadership team in the Data Division to implement and embed the changes that they lead. I also support the Group Data Office teams across Macquarie as required, as they deliver the changes to their stakeholders. I led the delivery of learning solutions for data practitioners, data owners and those new to the topic in my role as Engagement and Learning Lead. As the Change Management Lead I was responsible for the establishment of the division’s change function, developing an approach and toolkit that support the types of changes the Data Division drives, scalable depending on the materiality of the change.
