• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.• Attend technical meetings with consultant/client/contractor and weekly progress meetings with the client• Perform regular inspections of facilities and report any issues or deficiencies and respond to facility related service requests in a timely manner• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for routine MEP system maintenance and repairs• Develop and implement facilities maintenance schedules and procedures• Manage project budgets and expenses and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards• Efficient planning and optimum utilization of Material and Manpower.• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace and coordinate training programs for employees on safety and emergency procedures• Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce and are fully enforced.• Ensure strict adherence to local regulations, including ADDC, ADCD, ADM, DEWA, and expertly obtain authorities' approvals.
