• Manage accounts of agents, oversee payments for hotel reservation and make payments to resorts• Prepare audit reports and oversee entire gamut of internal audit procedures• File GST returns, monthly pension returns, prepare MIS reports, reconcile bank statements• Analyse key indicators to assist top management• Conduct audit of resort payments, petty cash, and document the financial transactions• Create monthly revenue budget process, monitor cost and perform variance analysis of key projects• Spearhead reconciliation for bank accounts via reports generation• Handle activities related to calculation of TDS and interest of amount payable

• Manage end-to-end accounting process• Handle auditing of supplier payments and petty cash• Oversee entire functions performed by subordinates• Assist in statutory audit, assessing VAT and filing TDS returns and help the team in filing GST returns such as GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B• Reconcile bank/ branch accounts, MIS reports and share with the management• Prepare inward and outward remittance documents for Forex transaction and e-cheques for supplier payments• Generate CMA report for Term loan funding options

• Conduct end-to-end general ledger accounting functions• Supervise vendor relations and process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, credit memos and transaction of payments• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements, draft letters to different statutory authorities• Build forecast for financial, consolidate statements for monthly filing, conduct audit on a regular basis for all branches• Prepare and file quarterly TDS & TCS returns• Schedule internal audits to assure control across locations of Karnataka state• Create revenue generation and cost reduction programmes• Analyse Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) requests and variance spending• Carry out accounts payable, accounts receivable process
