Likean is a graduate in International Relations at Pannasastra University of Cambodia. She used to work as Admin Officer at SHINE and Administration and Facilities Officer at This Life. She’s highly skilled in coordinating, monitoring, networking, negotiating, translating, and system management. Likean was also a part of creation team of a 16-day campaign video called #VirtualReality, which won many international awards. Coordinating policy manual, Standard Operational Procedures, and setting KPI in HR system (OrangeHRM) are what she’s also best at. Then she moved to be MEAL Officer in the same organisation. Her roles were to monitor the progress of the project, develop data collection tools, do the data entry, data analysis, and produce a report based on findings (evaluation). At the same time, she’s good at using G Suite Products smoothly and effectively with some knowledge of data visualisation using PowerBI.Currently, she’s working as a MEL Coordinator at ChildFund Cambodia, a representative of ChildFund Australia. Her roles are to monitor the compliance of project implementation, provide capacity building on M&E technical aspects to partner NGOs, overview all types of reports/change stories, coordinate external consultants and donors/technical advisors in Australia, and last but not least, monitor the promising activities set in each project proposal.
