A secret barbecue recipe has been passed down from generation to generation and Mary took it upon herself to perfect this recipe to use at her family gatherings and celebrations.One day while preparing some food for some family and friends, Mary then used her recipe on some pork and chicken. To her delight, they were a hit with everyone. Little did she know that this was the beginning of the Liko's Hawaiian Barbecue business.
