I have been fortunate to be in the Financial Industry for 30 years plus. I have seen the banking industry grow to what it is today and the process has helped me understand what a "true" banking relationship is and how to foster and cultivate personal & business relationships. The majority of my experience comes from working with small to medium size companies. My approach is to review the companies day to day operations and look to offer products and services to improve their cash and credit position. I have enjoyed working with customers to determine current and future needs and together we can talk about solutions with a common approach to help identity any needs and provide options that will work with their strategies to succeed in todays market.
