Hi, I’m Lila – I'm so glad you're here!I’m passionate about empowering young professionals to build confidence, gain clarity, and find true fulfillment in their careers. As a Certified Coach (Co-Active and the International Coach Federation), I work with individuals who are looking to create change in their lives, careers, relationships and themselves.I've worked with clients to help them interview and transition to new jobs, pivot careers & industries, as well as navigate other aspects of their life including moving, romantic relationships, and self-improvement. I believe that when we experience fulfillment in our work, it positively impacts every other aspect of our lives. When working with organizations and facilitating workshops, I focus on value alignment and saboteur awareness, as a way to build more trust and understanding of oneself. I offer this to both organizations and social groups as a way to create more bonding opportunities and build a muscle of self-discovery. As a podcast host for the show "Confidently Own Your Narrative", I interview individuals who have made decisions and taken chances to create more fulfillment in their careers and lives, and the lessons they've gained while doing so. Take a moment to explore more about me, my coaching philosophy, and hear what my clients have to say at https://ownyournarrative.carrd.co/ or listen to my podcast as you search for Confidently Own Your Narrative (available on Spotify, Apple, and iHeart)Before I was a coach full-time, I was a Customer Success professional with also a background in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Advocacy. I have experience in the technology, healthcare, and retail industries but love learning about what makes people excited and how I can support them as they optimize their work.
