Worked the Hosiery department at the downtown Portland location.

Provided web-based research project support through account maintenance, document creation and modification for online upload, tracked and documented project processes, and various additional administrative tasks. I supported the creation of the online communication center and maintained consultant and participant accounts. I also supported coordination of the adaptation and formatting processes for online upload of state standards documents. Finally, I also supported the creation and maintenance of training documents for internal training, participant collection, and consultant review (including procedures, scripts, FAQs, etc.).

As sales associate I coordinated sales set up and take down retail sales floor adjustments, including sales floor map creation and collaborative team implementation. I also designed and lead maintenance of warehouse organization for the: footwear, accessories, camping and action sports departments. As a senior member of the sales staff, I organized and presented trainings for multiple departments, including: footwear, women’s and men’s clothing, outdoor sportswear and outerwear (fall 2004), as well as nordic clothing, and snow sports accessories (winter 2006).
