I've been with Haris Engineering, a family-owned Structural Engineering firm, for over 19 years. Initially beginning as a part-time Office Assistant I eventually transitioned into a full-time EXECUTIVE & ENGINEERING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. In early 2022, eager to contribute more to the company and its valued team, I added CLIENT & PROJECT SUPPORT SERVICES to my responsibilities. In this role, I facilitated communication between leadership, the engineering team, and clients to ensure deadlines and goals were met and projects were successful. I also assisted in assessing and creating workflow strategies as well as the acquisition of new projects.In addition to this, I incorporated my many years of practice and study within the field of mindfulness and self-development into yet again another exciting new role, one that I was especially passionate about; HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR. This role involved:• Advising and reporting to leadership on matters related to productivity, liability considerations, and company culture (such as hiring, employee benefits/salaries, promotion, retention, communication structure, privacy policies, etc.)• Creating, presenting, and implementing strategies aimed at supporting profitability through enhancing employee and client loyalty and satisfaction.• Creating strategies to provide cutting-edge support for team members and leadership to reduce stress and increase genuine fulfillment, self-responsibility, problem-solving ability, and personal development in the workplace. Additionally, I have served as the PROPERTY MANAGER for Haris Boulevard Properties, LLC, built and owned by Haris Engineering, Inc.I continue to provide Executive Administrative assistance as needed.As the owner, Ali Haris, prepares for retirement in the coming year, I hope to apply my versatility, enthusiasm, as well as my years of experience and training to benefit an organization and its valued team.
