- Daily management of hotel online presence on various Online Travel Agent websites.- Liaison with Revenue Team to manage rate and inventory changes, as well as content management.- Manage e-commerce website content updates, coordinating site changes with IT team including site presentation, product presentation, pricing changes, and text and image modifications.- Develops and implements new customer acquisition and retention initiatives by managing search engine keywords buys.- Drive web traffic/sales, growth e-commerce applications via targeted online campaigns and retention strategies, with high-level of customer conversion.- Maintaining the respective image and promotions of the hotel through microsite and 3rd party business on daily based, monitoring the room availability, maintaining the rate as per on day to day rate grid and level, participating in yield management strategies.- Communicate and coordinate with Director of Sales & Marketing, Sales team and Revenue leaders with marketing program details. Provide updated reports on the status of program to ensure follow-through and up-to-date on customer needs.- Develop and organize the promotional activity, coordinate with departments concerned; prepare and issue press release; invites VIPs and media to promotional activities. - Provide good quality photographs for use of in promotional materials and press coverage purposes.

- Upkeep and day-to-day running to the private estate.- Responsibility for managing the building maintenance budget and for working with the Director of Finance in budget setting in future years.- Direct supervision of specialized staff at the estate. - Responsible for inspecting other employees’ areas of responsibility to ensure satisfactory completion, as well as for reporting to the property owner. - Motivating and empowering teams to ensure goals are met to the standards required. - Managing building contractors when on site ensuring that they operate safely and in line with organizational procedures.
