1. As a QA Analyst, I am responsible for monitoring compliance to implemented Quality Assuranc programs such as SCPs/SSOPs, GMP, GWP and HACCP of the different operating units of the company.2. I am also responsible for inspection and testing procedures required by the quality assurance programs and systems developed for the company in accordance with internationally accepted program.3. Conducts GMP/GWP, n-line and product audits and flags down areas of concern.4. Process regulatory requirements pertaining to product movments, sampling and other regulatory requirements of FDA, NMIS, BAI, BFAR, and LGU.5. Maintains calibration and verification of existing measuring and testing equipment and recommends adjustment if needed.6. Process non-conformances related to QC/QA through investigation, root ause analysis, documentation and corrective action validation.7. Assists in the documentation of QA processes, procedures and forms.

1.Responsible for ensuring the correct print codes, label, process, and packaging of the product in line and product produced.2. Create project that will help to improve the process.3. Lead the production personnels for standard process.4. Verify and validate the ongoing process

1. Conduct microbiological analyses to finished good product prior releasing to finished good warehouse.2, Conduct equipment swabbing prior starting of production. 3. Maintains calibration and verification of existing measuring and testing equipment and recommends adjustment if needed.4. Process regulatory requirements pertaining to product movements, sampling and other regulatory requirements of FDA, NMIS, BAI, BFAR, and LGU.
