Finalize the layout of exhaust system on engine. Design the catcon and muffler & creating drawing for same.Design of exhaust manifold to mount the oxygen sensor on the manifold, Checking the feasibility of component with proto model, Drawing generation.

Responsible for create and develop new concept design for cooling system parts like in out hoses, Thermostat, duct, pipes routing. sheet metal bracket, fan shrouds.Finalize the Layout of cooling system for M&HC & ILCV vehicle with Coolant radiator.Lead the team, supplier through the complete product development life cycle.Ensure all parts, assemblies & aggregates are made as per VI check sheet, ARAI and other company std.
