I noticed early on in my career that customers across different industries have many, often difficult, criteria to meet for Safety Standards, proper PPE and where they spend money in order to meet contractual goals and complete projects. They needed a level of service both within and outside operation hours, someone that can deliver same day and even on weekends when necessary. They wanted certain PPE to be on the shelf at all times to respond to emergencies and last minute request. The big general contractors with government funding needed to spend a certain amount with businesses that have SBE, WBE and DBE certifications. AND customers still needed TOP levels of Safety expertise, product knowledge and customer service. Many General Contractors couldn't check all those boxes while maintaining high standards, so it was difficult for them to meet the percentage goals in their contract. Some even received fines for not meeting the goals. Refinery contractors were not always able to respond to their customer request for last minute work opportunities -- They didn't have the proper PPE in time - costing them time, money and their credibility. So when I first started Safetyvibe in 2004 - my philosophy was always responding quickly and efficiently. I would deliver products same day in my own car so the customers got what they needed. Not many companies give this level of customer responsiveness. I received all the required certifications as a SBE, DBE and WBE company. I am always up to date on latests rules, regulations and products.
