Responsible for IT recruiting at UNOS. Working Together. Saving Lives. UNOS unites the transplant community to save lives through organ transplantation. United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) is the private, non-profit organization that manages the nation's organ transplant system under contract with the federal government. As an Executive Recruiter, I assisted both clients and candidates in filling their needs. Most of my work was in "Permanent Placement" in Accounting, Finance and Information Technology positions in the local Richmond market.

Responsible for developing Information Technology business relationships to place consultants. Recruit and screen potential candidates for client engagements. Manage ongoing consultant performance and responding to HR issues once placed at the client site. Manage internal resources in order to appropriately respond to clients needs. Yearly revenue responsibilities ranged between two to four million dollars. Worked with an internal local staff of 12 and managed up to 65 consultants on client sites. Major clients included Philip Morris USA, Perot Systems, Infineon, and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
