About Amy Blackburn-Dreyer
I am a highly motivated individual driven to achieve excellence in all of my work. I am an IIN certified hormonal health specialist and more recently a certified Gut Thrive in 5 Practitioner. I help women heal leaky gut, and as a result, alleviate symptoms of hormonal imbalances such as fatigue, anxiety, weight gain, PMS, infertility, insomnia, hair loss, and nutrient deficiencies. I use a holistic approach in my 5-step protocol proven time and time again to fully turn over the gut microbiome and restore the health of the gut, immune, and nervous system. I am a certified Integrative Health Practitioner Certification. The DESTRESS protocol is the focus of level 1 of this course while level 2 will expand my knowledge in the area of lab testing.In addition to serving my role as a health coach, I have also been a high-level gymnastics coach for over 20 years. I had the opportunity to work in one of the top programs in the country for a total of 10 years. I served as the team's beam coach and helped develop numerous level 10/elite athletes who went on to receive college scholarships to some of the top Universities in the country. I feel my ability to connect, motivate, and inspire young athletes has definitely carried over into my health coaching practice.
