As a server, I take pride in providing exceptional customer service to every table I serve. I greet each guest with a warm and friendly smile, take their orders promptly and accurately, and ensure that their dining experience is nothing short of excellent. In addition, I make it a point to present each dish from every course, clean off my own tables, and seat new guests without the need for a hostess, expo, or busboy. By taking on these tasks myself, I am able to create a more efficient and seamless dining experience for my customers, while also showing my dedication to my job and my team.

I was manager over the function CARES, the Customer Service program for Chick-fil-A. In this role, my responsibility includes helping customers, supporting restaurants, and protecting the Chick-fil-A brand. .
